Everything you need to know

Process

1. Contact Trace IT: To get started, interested businesses can reach out to Trace IT through their website or by phone to schedule a consultation. During this consultation, Trace IT will explain their software and services in more detail and help the business decide if their technology is a good fit.

2. Customize the dashboard: Once a business decides to work with Trace IT, the software engineers will help the business customize their dashboard. This dashboard is unique to each business and enables easy tracking and management of operations.

3. Clean up data: To integrate the businesss data into the Trace IT system, the data needs to be cleaned up. Trace ITs team will help the business clean up their ingredient, product, and employee data to ensure that the data is accurate and integrated correctly.

4. Configure static data: The Trace IT team will configure the businesss static data into a secure online database, which ensures that the information is always available when needed.

5. Set up record tables: Trace IT will create record tables that allow for easy searching and viewing of all data.

6. Use the software: Once everything is set up, the business can start using the software. The software allows the business to record ingredients, which are then transcribed into QR codes for easy tracking. All ingredients used to make products can be scanned, and all products being distributed can be tracked seamlessly. The software also allows for fast search capabilities, making it easy to search for ingredients purchased, products produced, and orders sent.

7. Pay the fees: There are two fees associated with Trace ITs software: a one-time setup cost and a recurring monthly fee. The one-time setup cost is determined based on the number of hours needed to clean up and integrate the businesss data into the system. The recurring monthly fee covers access to the software and ongoing support.

8. Get ongoing support: Trace IT provides ongoing support to ensure that the software is working correctly and to help businesses troubleshoot any issues that arise. They also provide software updates and maintenance to ensure that the software is always up-to-date and running smoothly.
